General Questions
We supply industrial gases (oxygen, nitrogen, argon, acetylene), medical gases (medical-grade oxygen, CO2), specialty gas mixtures for laboratory and calibration use, refrigerants for HVAC operations, and fuel gases including propane and butane. All products are available in cylinder, rack, and bulk tank formats.
Our Abu Dhabi dispatch hub enables same-day delivery for most standard orders placed before midday. For emergency requirements, we operate a 24/7 priority support line with urgent dispatch capability. Dubai, Sharjah, and other UAE locations are typically covered on a next-day scheduled basis.
Yes. We offer structured supply programmes for customers with recurring gas requirements. These include scheduled deliveries, inventory management, dedicated coordination, and volume-based pricing. Programmes can be tailored for cylinder exchange, bulk tank refills, or mixed supply formats.

Yes. Medical gas supply is one of our core divisions. We provide medical-grade oxygen and other gases to hospitals and healthcare facilities across the UAE, with full documentation, purity testing, and compliant handling procedures that meet the strict requirements of medical environments.
Delivery & Logistics
Our primary hub in Abu Dhabi (ICAD) serves the entire Abu Dhabi emirate with same-day capability. We also deliver to Dubai, Sharjah, and other Northern Emirates on a scheduled next-day basis.
We supply gases in standard cylinders, cylinder racks (bundles), and bulk tank formats. Cylinder sizes range from 2L to 50L. Bulk tank installations can be arranged on-site for high-volume customers.
Yes. We maintain a 24/7 emergency support line for urgent gas requirements. Priority dispatch is available for medical facilities and critical operations.
Our cylinder exchange programme ensures you always have a full supply. When we deliver filled cylinders, we collect your empties in the same trip. Each cylinder is tracked through our management system.
Technical & Safety
Every batch of gas we supply undergoes purity testing before dispatch. Our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system ensures that testing, documentation, and traceability procedures are applied consistently. Certificates of analysis and conformance are available for all products.
All handling follows our ISO 45001 health and safety management framework. This includes trained and certified personnel, compliant transport vehicles, proper storage conditions, documented loading and unloading procedures, and regular safety audits.
Yes. Our technical team can assist with gas manifold system design, pipeline configurations, regulator and equipment selection, and on-site installation support.
Yes. We provide custom specialty gas mixtures for calibration, laboratory, and industrial applications. Each mixture comes with a certificate of analysis confirming composition and purity.
